It was wonderful experience. Room was good and clean but should improve the room service part. Called twice at the time of checkout for the picking up the luggage but they took approx. 10 minutes.

Suggestion: The canal in the resort can be used for canoeing for kids and the pool should have the facility of food/drinks near the pool. Additionally, the pool bottom tiles are coming off which needs repair.

It was a pleasant experience here. The staff was courteous and helping. In the restaurant, we should have more options for vegetarian kerala dishes. Hand towels should be provided in the rooms. In house boat, lighting inside the rooms must improve.

Recommened backwaters resort!!

Stayed here for a night and two days and couldnt have selected a better place. A very comfortable stay with good food, good view and available spa as well. I would hghly recommend a stay here.
